Snakepit “Working Bee” April 21st 2018

Basketball Illawarra Working Bee Saturday 21st April, 2018 (From 8:00am)

CAN YOU HELP?

The Association is undertaking ongoing renovations to improve the facilities at the Snakepit, for its members.

Unfortunately limited funds restrict the amount of renovation and any work which is completed by volunteers releases those funds to be spent on other improvements which will benefit members.

Thanks to Dulux, we now have a ample supply of paint which we will use to beautify and refresh the stadium’s grandstands, foyer, walls and wet areas.

If you can spare an hour or two it will spread the load on our small but committed band of volunteers – stay for a little or as long as you like. – Any help will be greatly appreciated.

We need volunteers who can paint, or handle a range of tasks such as, carpentry, tiling and plumbing.

Just as Basketball is a team sport, our renovations will also be a team effort so:-

  • Register, tell us what you are good at and we will place you in a team
  • Get a few friends and register as a team (ideally 4 persons) or
  • Turn up on the day and help out where you can.

You can register by contacting the people below:-
