NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Members of the Illawarra Basketball Association Limited will be held at Beaton Park Tennis Centre (upstairs)
THURSDAY 30th NOVEMBER 2023 AT 6PM
BUSINESS:
1. To confirm the minutes of the Annual meeting held on 29 November 2022.
2. To receive and consider the Financial Statements required to be submitted to members pursuant to the Act
3. To receive reports on the activities of the company during 2023
3.1 Presidents Report
3.2 Executive Officers Report
3.3 Financial Report
3.4 Player and Coach Development Report
3.5 Referees Report
3.6 Annual Awards
4. Elections of Officers - To Elect Directors of the Company.
5. Any other business properly brought before this meeting
Please note members have the right to appoint proxies and that, if a member appoints a proxy:
• the proxy does not need to be a member of the company
• the proxy form will be available one week before the AGM and must be delivered to the company at its registered address or via email to admin@snakepit.com.au at least 48 hours before the meeting.
